Install#

$ wget http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm
$ rpm -i epel-release-latest-7.noarch.rpm

It will install epel-release-7-x package that contains /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo.
